Here is the documentary "Oak Park: All American" which aired on WLS Channel 7 The opening narrator and host is ( ? ). (SCHEDULING NOTE: Pre-empted was The Nancy Walker Show, which would air its last episode the next week on December 23rd 1976.) Includes: Slate with ~400 Hz tone Opening, with notice of its March 1976 declaration as an "All-America City" (due to its openness and integration, and voluntary citizen-driven revitalization), with shots of the area, followed by look at a Farmers Market with citizen interviews (including one who's none too happy with the designation), a rally at a high school and shots of the football team in action. Opening titles Next segment takes a look at the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle Campus, where at the Behavioral Sciences Building, Professor of Urban Sciences, Pierre De Vise (also seen on another clip: https://youtu.be/cx4oof17SY0 ), speaks of Oak Park's geography and transportation, and predictions of rises in black population; followed by interviews with and comments by Oak Park citizen James Shannon, Village Trustee Robert Barnes, Bobbie Raymond of the Oak Park Housing Center (who is also heard in-between future interviewees), Oak Park citizen Greg Schwarz and Housing Inspection Director Carl Celestino; plus clips of a meeting of building owners and managers from a few years before (builiding owners Edream Burton and Bernie Wendler are featured). Next are more interviews, with Village Trustee Eugene Callahan.
