When we are attacked from outer space by an unknown enemy, a masked super-scientist (Judd Holdren) builds an atomic-powered space ship to travel to the source of the missiles, while using a unique rocket suit to fly into action against the alien's henchmen on Earth. He must counter an escalating series of new attacks including massive storms, deadly germs, darkening of the sun, a robot, a mind control ray, artificial suns, pushing the Moon out of orbit, and tilting the Earth's axis. With Aline Towne, William Schallert (episodes 1-3) and Richard Crane (episodes 4-12). This 12-episode theatrical series started out on TV in 1955, re-using concepts and props from 3 cliffhanger serials: King of the Rocket Men (1949) Radar Men from the Moon (1952) Zombies of the Stratosphere (1952)
