Here's one of Fox 5's airings of one of the NBC-era episodes of COLUMBO, all of which aired under the station's Big Apple Movie banner. This one stars Donald Pleasance as a wine connoisseur named Adrian Carsini, whose half-brother (Gary Conway) has plans to sell his family's winery. The elder Carsini, not pleased with this development, kills the younger Carsini and then arranges the whole thing so that it makes it look like he got killed in a scuba-diving accident. This is the only 1993 Big Apple Movie airing of a COLUMBO episode that I have in SP mode; all the remaining NBC COLUMBO airings I have from Fox 5 are in SLP mode. It was recorded onto an S-VHS tape but uses a regular VHS signal with mono audio.
